Herbal Medicine
Herbal remedies are the core concept of Chinese Medicine, widely used to treat various health conditions. Herbal medicine could be dried herbs, such as flowers, leaves, seeds and roots of plants; they also could be made into different delivery forms, for example, tablets, liquids or powders. Some herbs can also be edible foods, such as ginger or dates. As a holistic medicine, the treatment considers all of the body, for instance, the mind, body and chi, to craft an entirely unique remedy.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture is recognised worldwide as a treatment to help relieve pain, indeed, acupuncture is a widely used treatment for muscular injuries, arthritis or headaches.
But it is much more than that, acupuncture could be used to help with many health problems, especially stress-related and allergy-related disorders.

Cupping
Cupping is the technique of applying vacuum cups onto the skin. With this treatment, the blood vessels on the applied area open up, allowing toxins and negative chi energy to escape the body. It is particularly helpful in reducing inflammation and relieving both muscle and joint tension.
What conditions can be helped?
It is well known that a wide range of health conditions can be helped by Chinese Medicine, but not all health problems could respond to TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) treatments as well as others. Consult a qualified Chinese medicine doctor before taking any kind of TCM.
This list is not exhaustive, recommended by the BMAS and AAMA, based on the WHO's viewpoint on acupuncture.
